Booking:

To secure your wedding date, a 20% retainer of the total service cost is required. This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. All booking details are confirmed by Alex Hurst and the bride. Your appointment date and service are secured upon receipt of the signed contract and the non-refundable retainer for bridal services.

 

Bridal Trial:

Payment for the bridal trial service can be settled after completion, either in cash or electronically. This is a separate service and is not included in the retainer.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least (60) days before the reserved wedding date; otherwise, the client remains responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon services. Individual service cancellations or removals must be made at least (60) days before the booked wedding date. Any cancellations after this timeframe require payment on the due date of the total service cost.
